2014 2015 Indoor Soccer Registration Information

We continue to try and make our soccer program better each year. It is our volunteers that make our program a success. We hope that everyone continues to appreciate them as much as we do.

  • The Indoor Season runs October 18, 2014 to end of January with a break in December for Community teams. The Select FC teams will play till the end of February.
  • The players are generally scheduled for 12-14 games depending on the number of teams in the pools.
  • Teams play once a week and generally get one practice a week.  Practice days/times are assigned in consideration of Head Coaches preference.
  • Confirmation of practice gym location/day/time is not available until after teams have been formed.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD IN SOCCER?

Step 1

Determine what community you reside in.  A 2014/2015 community league membership  number is required for each player registration before they will be placed on a team.

If you do not know your community or wish to purchase your 2014 2015 Community Membership online – CLICK HERE

ALL Edmonton players MUST have a Community Membership to play Indoor Soccer in Edmonton.

Step 2

Pre-register your child online here.

Step 3

Attend a payment session.  DO NOT FORGET to print your child’s proof of age, pre-registration confirmation form, youth waiver form, volunteer deposit cheque and payment.
You will need these when you attend the Payment Session!

  • IF you have purchased your 2014 2015 Community League Membership, you have opted out of Volunteering and paid the deposit, AND you have paid for your registration, you DO NOT need to attend a Payment Session.  However you will need to send a copy of your child’s waiver form to the MWSA Office.
  • IF you are a first time registration you will need to supply a copy of your child’s birth certificate, AHC or passport for proof of age.

 

PAYMENT SESSIONS:

  • August 26th 6:30pm to 9:00pm at Mill Woods Town Centre Mall
  • August 27th 6:30pm to 9:00pm at Mill Woods Town Centre Mall
  • September 4th 12:00pm to 9:00pm at Mill Woods Soccer Office
  • September 6th 12:00pm to 3:00pm at Mill Woods Soccer Office

 

REMEMBER TO BRING:

  • Printed Pre-Registration confirmation email
  • Fees
  • Volunteer Deposit cheque
  • Community League membership (can be purchased at the payment sessions)
  • Youth Waiver sheets must be filled out for each player.
