Mill Woods Soccer Association

The office is located in Mill Woods Town Center Mall (by the Food Court , head for the bathrooms and go up the set of stairs.) Entries can be sent to our FAX number (780) 461-1745 with payment made ASAP afterwards.

Our office staff only process your payments for the Tournament. They will not have information regarding the teams entered, pools or schedules. If you require assistance before then the best method is to contact the Tournament Director by email at: marie@theassistant.biz .

When completing your entry form, make sure all your contact information is legible, current and correct especially your email addresses. Confirmations, schedules and information will be sent to your team contact(s) by email. Check your email regularly. Our Entry form has several categories and questions that will help us to place your team in the appropriate pool. Please give us as much information as possible. If there are special requests, please attach a separate letter to your entry. Note: MWSA reserves the right to move teams within pools or combine pools in order to form complete pools. Teams will be contacted if we need to place them in a pool other than the one they requested. Confirmation will be made by email after receipt of payment and placement in Pools.
